My name is Amanda and this is my part in the Hop. A little back story on why all the gifts in my giveaway are Military related is because I am a Veteran. I served in the United States Air force as a Jet Engine Mechanic from 03'-09', so I hold the Military Pride very close to my heart.

In the 1960's so many soldiers came home to have people spitting in their faces after so much trauma overseas. After having to make tough decisions and experiencing so much loss, service men and women need to know the community believes in them, trusts them and have their backs! I know it means a lot to my husband and our family to feel that people value the sacrifices he makes!

ReplyDeleteAs an Army brat I totally believe in supporting our troops in anyway that we can. They put their lives on the line for us and their country and they need to know we appreciate them. I also think more people should help Veterans and Wounded Warriors. My Dad is buried at Arlington Cemetery and I couldn't be more proud of him!
ReplyDeleteBy supporting the troops I feel it helps keep the morale up and in doing so it helps them do their job wherever they are at to the best of their abilitiy.

ReplyDeleteBecause they are supporting us, protecting us, giving there lives for us, living away from there family, living on small amounts of money, sacrificing so much for us to be free in this country, as well as helping other countrys too.
