GarlicPress by Orblue Review

So if anyone knows me they know that I love to cook. Its my form of meditation. It helps me to relax and listen to music and just whip up random recipes I pull out of my head. For me when I cook I defiantly cook by smell. If it smells good chances are it will taste good :)  

I was given the chance to review this awesome Stainless Steel Garlic Press.

As you can see it very clean, its heavy because its built to last but does the job great! 

We removed the paper protector and placed a clove of garlic inside. 

Pressed the two handles together which was super easy and it made the garlic perfectly smooth! 

When chopping Garlic it hard to get it the right consistency, but with this Garlic Press we were able to get it the right texture in seconds! 

See! Perfect texture in seconds! I didn't have to chop it up and get my hands and knife sticky, and it came out in a way that the flavor will spread evenly.

So then I got started on the marinade.

I used 1/4 cup Soy sauce (to tenderize the meat) 

3 cloves of garlic pressed with this Garlic Press

1 tblspn of Honey

I also added 1 tblspn of Wildtree Adobe Seasoning 

Then I poured some on the bottom of the pan, placed the butterfly PorkChops down and then poured the rest on top. 

I let these marinade for about 4-5 hours so that the soy sauce can work to make them nice and tender. 

Then I cooked them on our Indoor grill and TADA Done! 

They were so juicy and sop very good! 

I love my new Garlic Press and how easy it made to get the flavor of garlic on these pork chops so evenly.
